Maria Cristina Barros has been the Director of Marketing and Community Relations for WSCV Telemundo 51 since October of 2008. She joined WSCV in January 1985 as part of the team that put the station on the air. Her responsibilities have always included management of the station's Community and Public Relations as well as Programming. In 1982 she also became Creative Service Director, overseeing on-air and off-air promotions and advertising. Maria Cristina is the recipient of two Suncoast Emmy Awards. She has a degree in Political Science and Urban Affairs from Jacksonville University. She is married and has one son. Her presenter was Jose Cansela who is the Head of Hispanic USA, a Hispanic Market Communications firm. |

| Spero Canton is Regional Director of Public Relations for Comcast. For the past 7 years, he also has hosted the popular Comcast Newsmakers, a public affairs program that airs every half-hour on CNN's Headline News. He was hired in 1975 by Ralph Renick as a reporter for WTVJ where he won an Emmy for an engaging series called On or Off The Beam, that exposed the fallibility of police radar systems. He also worked at WPLG and for KTVI-TV in St. Louis. On returning to South Florida, he explored the world of public relations and worked for FPL and BellSouth. After 13 years at Bellsouth, he moved to Comcast. His presenters were his sons, Michael Canton and Patrick Collins. |

| Bert Delgado, Jr. is Vice President of Production Services for Univision where he supervises all aspects of the Network's production operations and post production. He also supervises all production and operations for WLTV Univision 23. Bert grew up in Miami. In1982 he began working in television production. In 1985, he joined WLTV as a technical director. With the passage of time, his responsibilities have grown from Director to Production Manager to Director of Production Operations. He was actively involved in the conversion of Univision from analog to digital. His presenter was John Perez, Director of Production Services for the Univision Network. |

| Jose Diaz-Balart is the News Anchor for Noticiero Telemundo as well as the Telemundo Network's National Director of Public Affairs and Host and Managing Editor of Enfoque, the network's Washington, D.C.- based public affairs program. Jose graduated from New College in Sarasota and attended the University of Cambridge in England. Early in his career, he was Central American bureau chief for Spanish International Network
- now Univision - based in San Salvador, El Salvador. Hispanic Business magazine named Jose
"One of the most influencial Hispanics in the United States." His presenter was Don Browne who is President of Telemundo Communications Group, Inc. and a former recipient of the Silver Circle Award. |

| Peter D'Oench is a News Reporter for WFOR/CBS4. He started his career in 1977 at the NBC affiliate in Amarillo, Texas. In 1982, he was hired by WCBS-TV in New York City where he was the first reporter in the city to break the story on the impact of AIDS. In 1989 Peter moved to WPLG-TV where he would spend 18 years. In 1994, he spent 35 days in Haiti. He won four first-place SPI awards for his coverage of Haiti and for his coverage of the Oklahoma City bombings in 1995. Peter and his wife, Connie, have three daughters and a granddaughter. Peter's presenter was Manny Alvarez, WFOR/CBS4 veteran photographer and 2008 recipient of the Silver Circle Award. |

| Frank Forte joined Fox Sports Florida and Sun Sports full-time in April 2006, serving as pre-game host/reporter and in-game reporter for both Florida Marlins baseball and Florida Panthers hockey. He joined WPLG-TV in 1981 as a sports reporter and week-end sports anchor. Eventually, he spent 23 years at WPLG, anchoring sports on weekends and later on weekdays during the early evening and 11 pm newscasts. He covered World Series, Super Bowls, NBA Playoffs and countless other events in South Florida and around the nation. Currently, Frank produces and hosts Inside the Marlins and Inside the Panthers for Fox Sports Florida and Sun Sports. Frank's presenter was his wife, Carol Dowd Forte. |

| John Mays currently is the Production Manager for WFOR/CBS4 and 33
- TO THE MAX. He has been with CBS for thirteen years, starting as a Director/Technical Director, moving to Assistant Production Manager prior to his current position. He graduated from high school in Miami. He studied broadcasting at Miami Lakes Technical Education Center. His first job came in 1981 with WBBH-TV in Fort Myers. Thereafter, he was a Director/ Technical Director at WPEC and WPTV in West Palm Beach. John is a board member of NATAS Suncoast Chapter and has directed and produced the Suncoast Emmy Awards every year since 2005. John's presenter was Mac MacDonald, former Silver Circle recipient and Director of Operations, Traffic & TQC for HBO Latin America. |
